Shipping & Delivery
EstiSelu is committed to the safe and timely delivery of your merchandise. Please refer to the following information regarding our shipping and delivery procedures.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service from one of several warehouses, depending on the customers location, unless noted otherwise. Most items are kept in stock and shipped within two business days of your order, and most of the U.S. is serviced within five business days of the ship date. We will inform you by phone or email if an item you have ordered is no longer available or is on backorder.
All orders are shipped are free of charge to the contiguous United States. If you are located outside of the contiguous U.S. we will contact you to provide any extra shipping charges that may apply to your order. If you need assistance placing an order please send an E-mail to us, we would be more than happy to assist you.
We use extreme care when packing our products for shipment to you. In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please save the damaged item(s) and packaging materials, and E-mail us with pictures of the damage.
